Video travels in bounded chunks through the VPS into R2. The worker prepares the result, then your browser plays it directly from R2.
Room limits
One upload or analysis at a time. Up to 3 upload starts per 10 minutes, 10 per day, and 2 GB per day for this shared room. Cancelled or invalid uploads still count. Exports have a separate limit of 10 per hour.
The server checks real file contents, audio and video tracks, duration, resolution, frame rate, and a full decode before analysis.
